3. Any Flower matches any other Flower, and any Season matches any other Season. A Flower never matches a Season.
4. Clear upper layers to expose the center of the shell. The single top tile and the four-tile layer beneath it block the most future tiles.
5. Balance left and right sides so one side does not lock the other. Alternate useful removals so horizontal channels advance from more than one edge.
6. Use Hint to highlight an available pair, Undo to restore the board before your last move, and Shuffle to rearrange remaining faces if no open match exists.
7. Win by removing every one of the 144 tiles from the turtle.

• The deal uses the standard 144-tile mahjong solitaire set arranged in a five-level turtle: a broad base shell, side extensions for the head and tail, then stacked layers of 36, 16, four, and one on top.

• Every deal is generated with a valid clearing sequence, so each board starts solvable. Different removal choices can still create a dead end.
• Tiles under upper layers remain blocked until those upper tiles are removed. The game ends when all tiles clear or no legal pairs remain.

• Remove top-layer pairs early. The single cap tile and the four-tile layer beneath it block the most future tiles, so freeing them opens the center of the shell.
• Keep the shell balanced. Clearing only the left wing can leave the right wing short of partners. Alternate useful removals so horizontal channels advance from both edges.
• Avoid matching two easy edge tiles if a third copy blocks the center. When three identical faces are free, inspect the fourth copy before choosing two.
• Open long horizontal lanes. Side freedom matters as much as top freedom because a tile needs one open long side to be selectable.
• Spend Flowers and Seasons carefully. Each family acts as two wild pairs within its own group, so save a free bonus tile when another copy sits in a position that releases several lower tiles.
• Use Undo to test a risky removal. If a pair sharply reduces your available matches, undo it and try a safer alternative. Shuffle is a last resort for a dead board.
