Clear a layered 144-tile Turtle layout by matching open pairs in this independent browser take on classic mahjong solitaire.

Oberon Games developed Mahjong Titans, and Microsoft shipped it with Windows Vista in 2007 and later with Windows 7. That familiar computer puzzle trained players to scan layers, remember exposed symbols, and plan several removals ahead. The challenge comes from a strict geometry rule: every chosen tile needs a clear top and at least one open horizontal side. This independent browser game draws on that style without presenting itself as Microsoft's copyrighted software. Clear the 144-tile Turtle layout now, free online and with no download.
The single top tile becomes free at once, but it still needs a matching free face elsewhere. Suppose it is Circle 4 and a Circle 4 sits at the end of a base row. Removing that pair uncovers the four tiles beneath the cap and also advances one horizontal edge. That move creates more options than an unrelated pair already sitting on the base.
Three East Winds are currently free. One lies on an outer wing, one rests on layer two above two hidden tiles, and one sits at an ordinary row end. A fourth East Wind remains covered. Match the layer-two Wind with the least useful edge copy. The wing Wind stays available while the center opens, reducing the chance of separating the final two copies.
With 26 tiles left, six tiles are free but none match. First use Undo and test whether the previous pair had a safer alternative. If the earlier position still funnels into the same block, restore that move and choose Shuffle. The positions remain fixed while faces move, so a new open pair appears without pretending that blocked tiles became selectable.
Start a Mahjong Titans style game directly above. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with no account or installation required. Select two bright matching tiles, work from exposed levels and outer edges, and watch the remaining count fall from 144 to zero. Try a hint when you overlook a pair, or save Undo for a choice that closes too many routes. The independent game is free to play and designed around the classic Turtle challenge.

No. This independent browser implementation uses common mahjong solitaire rules and a Turtle layout. Oberon Games developed Mahjong Titans, which Microsoft included with Windows Vista and Windows 7. This page does not distribute Microsoft's copyrighted software.
A tile needs one open horizontal side. It may touch a left neighbor when its right side is open, or the reverse. Any overlapping tile above still blocks selection.
Yes. Any Flower pairs with another Flower, and any Season pairs with another Season. A Flower cannot match a Season. Numbered suits, Winds, and Dragons require identical symbols.
The game assigns pairs along a legal removal sequence, so each deal starts with a solution. Different choices can still create a dead end. Undo repairs a choice, while Shuffle recovers a board with no open match.
No. Shuffle keeps every remaining position and redistributes faces until an open match appears. Removed tiles stay removed. The shuffle counts as a move and can be undone.
Mahjong Titans style solitaire turns a simple pair rule into a thoughtful problem of access and timing. Check the top, preserve useful duplicates, and open both sides of the Turtle instead of taking the first pair you notice. Remember that Flowers share one family and Seasons share another, while ordinary faces match exactly. The deal begins with a valid clearing route, and recovery controls remain available if your route closes. Start a free game above and see whether you can clear all 144 tiles efficiently.
