Fillomino is a polyomino number puzzle. Some cells contain clues, and each clue must grow into a connected group with exactly that many cells. A group may bend in any shape, but it cannot split, overlap, or merge with another group of the same clue value. Unclued cells inherit the value of the group they join. 1. Open Fillomino and read the clues before placing anything. Read each printed number as the final size of its connected region.
2. Click an empty cell to cycle through group sizes in this practice board.
3. Connect equal values through edge-sharing cells. Diagonal contact alone does not connect a group.
4. Count the cells in each region and keep different completed groups separated.
5. Fill the entire grid so every group reaches exactly the size shown by its clue.

• Count from the boundary inward. Edges restrict shape options and often reveal the last cell of a polyomino.
• Mark certain information first. A forced cell removes more candidates than a guess and gives you a reliable next step.
• When two candidates remain, compare both against the row, column, region, and neighbor restrictions before committing.
• Keep a small mental record of what a clue still needs. Revisiting that count after each placement often reveals a move that was hidden at the start.
